In the year of COVID, doing farm events is pretty much impossible.
So how do you create energy, connection, and momentum when you can’t see each other anymore?
A few weeks ago, we accidentally discovered an innovative contest idea that took the CSA by storm. That led to a series of CSA awards called the “Wow Sticker Award.”
In this episode, I talk you through what the Wow Sticker Award Contest is, and how our CSA is using other weekly contests this season with great success. You’ll hear several ideas that have already spawned from my own group. I also share some ideas for prizes.
