In this episode, I share a fundamental shift in mindset that we made in 2017 that transformed our sales and lead generation…

We made the customer the main “character” in our marketing message.

Have you ever considered that your brand has a “story”?

Well it does. There’s a character, a problem, a hook, a guide who shows up to save the ay, a solution or plan of attack, and something at stake.

If you can weave that storytelling into your marketing message well, you will attract your ideal client and get them to decide to work with you.

If you fail… they will leave and go elsewhere.

Because no one wants to do business with someone who is making it all about THEM.

In this episode, I talk through the fundamental principle you MUST embrace for this to work… your customer is the hero in your brand story. I’ll share examples of how you are NOT doing this, and give you ways to fix it.
